 At Property Basics, we stand by the quality of our online programs and are committed to ensuring a valuable experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
-  Online Programs – Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no downloadable documents with the program have been downloaded or you have had any interactions within the community “The Team”. Once a document is downloaded or there is interaction within the community “The Team”, the sale is considered final, as these actions constitute intellectual property.
- Downloadable Products – Downloadable products, if purchased separately, are non-refundable, as they are deemed intellectual property and cannot be returned.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a refund, please email [email protected] with:
- Your full name
- The email address used for purchase
Upon receiving your request, we will process your refund with no questions asked, provided it meets the above conditions.
3. REFUND LIMITATIONS
Customers may receive a maximum of one refund per program. Repeat requests for refunds on the same program will not be accepted.
4. PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the refund request’s approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
This refund policy operates in additional to your rights under the Australia Consumer Law.
